April Demsko delivered the student address at Penn State Harrisburg's spring 2023 commencement ceremony. Demsko was the campus' first student commencement speaker.
Penn State Behrend awarded 632 degrees at its spring commencement ceremony. Dr. Ala Stanford, a health policy adviser who was named a “Top 10 CNN Hero” in 2021, gave the commencement address at the ceremony, which was held at Erie Insurance Arena.
