Zachary Martin and Aaron Olsen — who each earned bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering in May and are now Penn State Harrisburg graduate students — were recognized with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Susquehanna Section’s Capstone Award for 2023 for their development of a radio telescope control system that could help future students explore the stars.
