Marcha Reumel, 44, is an assistant commissioner of the national police in Suriname. She came to Penn State as a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow, part of a federal program that provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for leaders from countries undergoing development or political transition.
Abiodun Awoyemi, right, is a 2018 Penn State graduate. Awoyemi, who is from Lagos, Nigeria, applies the skills from his public health preparedness education at Penn State World Campus to help keep Nigerians safe.
