While official headshots taken by the Office of Marketing and Communications are preferred, self-submitted photos are allowed for use in the online directory but must follow these guidelines:

  • portrait-oriented headshot
  • color image
  • business/business casual attire
  • minimum 500 pixels wide
  • plain/neutral background recommended
