International Student Services is a vital part of Penn State Harrisburg Global and is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of students from other countries and cultures, fostering diversity, and promoting cultural explorations on campus.

Penn State Harrisburg Global also works closely with Penn State Global on essential processes for international students, including Visa processing, employment within the U.S., tax preparation, and travel letters.

Study abroad programs are opportunities to build global skills and perspectives through immersive, experiential learning abroad. You'll enhance your education and learn the skills you need to stand out in your future career.

Penn State offers over 350 education abroad programs, ranging from just a few days up to an entire year, and there are programs with coursework in English for all majors all over the world. These programs award Penn State credit, so it's possible for education abroad programs to fit easily into your degree plan.

Penn State Harrisburg continues to advance global academic collaboration with new and renewed international partnerships with educational institutions worldwide. Since 2023, the college has forged several partnerships showcasing its commitment to fostering global connections and enriching educational opportunities for students and research collaboration for faculty. These agreements extend the college’s record number of partnerships established in recent academic years, totaling 15 agreements with 17 universities in Asia, Europe and South America.
