The purpose of this fellowship shall be to recognize and support outstanding graduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the School of Business at Penn State Harrisburg.

Consideration for this fellowship shall be given to all full-time or part-time graduate students exhibiting academic excellence who have been admitted to Penn State Harrisburg as candidates for the graduate degree, Master of Business Administration.
