Purpose:
The purpose of this award shall b be to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by a graduate student or undergraduate student who is enrolled in the American Studies Program at Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this award shall be given to all part-time or full-time graduate or undergraduate students enrolled in the American Studies program for at least one semester of the academic year in which it is given. The award will be bestowed upon a student for exhibiting some exemplary academic achievement.
