The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved positive academic records.

Consideration for this fellowship shall be given to all full-time and part-time, graduate and undergraduate students, who are currently enrolled or are planning to enroll at The Capital College and who manifest promise of academic success. Consideration shall be given to those who are preparing to re-enter the work-force.
