Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg who, through their focus of study, research, or activities, has demonstrated an interest in history.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success and who, through their focus of study, research, or activities, have demonstrated an interest in history. While the Donors recognize that current academic programs at Penn State Harrisburg do not focus studies solely in history and preparing students to teach history, the Donors request that if such a program is offered to students at Penn State Harrisburg in the future, primary consideration is given to those students enrolled in the program.
