Purpose:
The purpose of this award shall be to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by an undergraduate student who is a rising senior at Penn State Harrisburg, who is seeking a degree in Management, who has achieved the highest GPA of students in the 6th or 7th semester and who demonstrates good citizenship as reflected in their membership in campus clubs and/or organizations.
