The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg (the "General Eligibility Criteria"). From the identified pool of eligible recipients, and to the extent possible, first preference shall be given to students whose home address of record is in the country of India. If no students meet the first preference in a given year or if there are sufficient funds to award additional scholarships beyond the eligible recipients who meet the first preference, available funds will be awarded to any student based on the General Eligibility Criteria, regardless of preference.
