To provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students who are majoring in or planning to major in a secondary education degree program or who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a secondary education certificate program at Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to undergraduate students who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success and who are majoring in or planning to major in a secondary education degree program or who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a secondary education certificate program at Penn State Harrisburg. The donors request that if a Secondary Education Science degree program and/or Science Secondary Education Certificate program is ever offered in the future at Penn State Harrisburg, that the eligibility for this scholarship be changed to solely benefit undergraduate students majoring in or planning to major in said programs, or successor programs. The University may modify or disregard any selection criteria if determined to be contrary to law or then existing University policy. Scholarships may be awarded to students regardless of enrollment status so long as the recipient is in good academic standing and intends to continue his/her education at Penn State Harrisburg.
