Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students majoring in Construction Management within the Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology program at Penn State Harrisburg who have a demonstrated financial need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students majoring in Construction Management with a Structural Deisgn and Construction Engineering Technology program at Penn State Harrsiburg who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success, and who have a demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students from Dauphine, Cumberland, York, Perry, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania.
