Purpose
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to full-time undergraduate students who have demonstrated a need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses. First preference shall be given to students who have a home address of record in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, are first-generation college students, and who are enrolled or who plan to enroll in the School of Business Administration.

Eligibility
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to part or full-time undergraduate students who are enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg, or successor academic unit, who have a home address of record in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and who have a demonstrated financial need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses. Scholarships may be awarded to students regardless of enrollment status so long as the recipient is in good academic standing and intends to continue his/her education at Penn State Harrisburg. From the identifies pool of eligible recipients, and to the extent possible, first preference shall be given to students who are first generation college students and who are majoring in or planning to major in a degree program offered in the School of Business Administration, or successor school.
