Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students of at least junior academic standing majoring in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or other construction/structural engineering degree program at Penn State Harrisburg whose ethnic, cultural and/or national background contribute to the diversity of the student body.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all undergraduate students of at least junior academic standing majoring in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or other construction/structural engineering degree program at Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success, and whose ethnic, cultural and/or national background contribute to the diversity of the student body. To the extent permitted by law, the donor desires that preference for this scholarship be given to African American students.
