Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding graduate and undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg who are adult learners and studying information systems or accounting, or who are enrolled or planning to enroll in the school of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the School of Business Administration at Penn State Harrisburg studying information systems or accounting or who are enrolled or planning to enroll in the School of Information Sciences and Technology and who have superior academic records. Preference shall be given to students who have a demonstrated financial need.
