Purpose:
The purpose of this award shall be to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an environmental science-focused degree program or enrolled in a civil engineering degree program with an environmental concentration at Penn State Harrisburg who have demonstrated promise for future contributions in their field of study.

Consideration for this award shall be given to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an environmental science-focused degree program or enrolled in a civil engineering degree program with an environmental concentration at Penn State Harrisburg who have demonstrated promise for future contributions in their field of study. Recipients of this award may be given consideration for an internship at Gannett Fleming, Inc.
