Purpose:
The purpose of this schoalrship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students of junior or senior academic stanidng who are majoring in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology at Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students of junior and senior academic standing who are majoring in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology at Penn State Harrisburg and who have a GPA of at least 3.0. First preference shall be given to students who demonstrate leadersjip skills though their involvement in activites or clubs that contribute to the betterment of their field of study or to their fellow students.
