Purpose:
The purpose of this award shall be to honor and recognize outstanding academic achievement by a student who is enrolled in the Certification Program in Secondary (7-12) Special Education and/or in the Certification Program in Elementary (PK-8) Special Education, or successor programs, in the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education, or successor school, at Penn State Harrisburg, The Pennsylvania State University.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this award shall be given to all students who are enrolled in the Certification Program in Secondary (7-12) Special Education and/or in the Certification Program in Elementary (PK-8) Special Education, or successor programs, in the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education, or successor school, at Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
