Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate students who are enrolled or who plan to enroll at Penn State Harrisburg, or successor academic unit, who have a demonstrated financial need to meet their necessary college expenses, and whose gender, ethnic, cultural, and/or national background contribute to the diversity of the student body. The University may modify or disregard any selection criteria if determined to be contrary to law or then existing University policy. Each scholarship shall be awarded for one academic year and may be renewed for subsequent year sproviding the recipient continues to meet the conditions of eligibility and funds are available.
