Purpose:
The purpose of this award shall be to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by an undergraduate student who is enrolled in environmental programs at Penn State Harrisburg who demonstrates good citizenship and exceptional promise to the college and local community as reflected in their activities in campus clubs, organizations, or environmental associations.

Consideration for this award shall be given to all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in environmental programs at Penn State Harrisburg who demonstrate good citizenship and exceptional promise to college and local community as reflected in their activities in campus clubs, organizations, or environmental associations. Recipients of this award shall be given consideration for an internship at CET Engineering Services.
