Eligibility:
This gift shall be used to establish an endowment to be known and referred to as the "Bihl Family Award in Entrepreneurship and Innovation ." Consideration for this award shall be given to students enrolled at Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved an exemplary achievement in an entrepreneurial or innovative business activity. The University may modify or disregard any selection criteria if determined to be contrary to law or then existing University policy. Each award shall be for one academic year. Further extraordinary accomplishments by a recipient may enable that recipient to be again considered for this award. Awards may be awarded to students regardless of enrollment status so long as the recipient is in good academic standing and intends to continue his/her education at Penn State Harrisburg.
