To honor and recognize outstanding academic achievement by an undergraduate engineering student of at least junior academic standing who is enrolled at Penn State Harrisburg.

Consideration for this award shall be given to all undergraduate students of at least junior academic standing who are pursuing an engineering degree at Penn State Harrisburg and who have achieved a minimum 3.0 GPA.
