Additional Aid Application

Students may submit this form once they have received their initial aid package from the Office of Student Aid (which will include any eligible Federal, State, and institutional funding) to be considered for additional aid such as scholarships, grants, work study, or university loans.

Incoming Students: Aid requests may be submitted May 1 through the first day of classes of the following fall semester.
Returning Students: requests may be submitted June 15 through the last day of classes of the following spring semester.

Note: Dr. Omid Ansary Student Emergency Assistance Fund requests, which may be made at any time, now use a separate Referral Form.
