Younhee Kim is an associate professor of public administration in the School of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg. Her research interests are in the broad areas of public and performance management, focusing on performance measurement, public entrepreneurship, e-governance, information technology, and citizen participation. Her recent work has appeared in numerous journals, including Administration & Society, International Journal of Health Planning and Management, Public Performance & Management Review, Public Money & Management, and Journal of Technology Transfer. Dr. Kim has served as a managing editor, a symposium editor, and an editorial board member of numerous academic journals and edited books. She is very active in service to the profession involved in national and international outreach as a treasurer, a member of various committees, and an advisory board member for the American Society for Public Administration and other professional associations.
