Biography
Dr. Buttross joined Penn State Harrisburg in the summer of 2000 in the area of managerial and cost accounting. He has public accounting and prior teaching experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has published articles in various journals, including Strategic Finance, Management Accounting, the Journal of Costs Management and the Journal of Accountancy.
Research Interests
- Advanced managerial accounting tools and techniques, especially those related to the lean movement, and managerial accounting education.
