Prior to joining Penn State Harrisburg, he was an instructor at the University of Utah, Department of Political Science.

  • Local governance and transparency policies interact with public servant experience.  This research, which includes uses opening meeting policy to explore questions of discretion, public ethics of care, and transparency understandings among municipal chief administrative officers.  Second category of research which seeks to highlight how diverse methodological  research means for public administration-ists to explore the lived experiences of public servants and incorporate their understandings to practical policy applications.
