Biography
Paula Conner Maynard joined Penn State Harrisburg as the college registrar in March 2020. With over 30 years of experience in higher education, she is a dedicated professional who embraces the critical value of education and solves new challenges through decisions based on data and best practice. She is compelled by an unwavering commitment to helping students attain their educational goals.
Her expertise lies in implementing resources to support the academic experience of students; academic advising; course schedule development and registration; curriculum and degree audit management; degree certification and conferral; commencement coordination; and academic policy creation and procedural application. Her professional areas of interest include strategic leadership and change management, as well as championing the value of education and student support.
She holds a Master of Arts in higher education with a concentration in student support services, and a Bachelor of Arts in family studies from Messiah University.
