Biography
Paula Conner Maynard joined Penn State Harrisburg as the college registrar in March 2020. Before joining Penn State Harrisburg, she served in several roles at Messiah University, most recently as the associate registrar for The School of Graduate Studies.
Paula has approximately 30 years of experience in higher education, with expertise in policy creation and procedure implementation; course schedule development and registration; curriculum and degree audit management; degree certification and conferral; commencement coordination; and academic advising. Her professional areas of interest include research in strategic leadership and change management, as well as championing the value of education and student support.
She holds a Master of Arts in higher education with a concentration in student support services, and a Bachelor of Arts in family studies from Messiah University.
