Biography
Prior to joining Penn State Harrisburg, Melissa started her nursing career at Holy Spirit Hospital in the Adult medical-surgical and Neurological floor. She then worked at Penn State Children's Hospital in the Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit, and at Milton Hershey School as a school nurse. Melissa also has experience as a nurse educator since 2016 from working as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for HACC. She completed her Master's in Nursing Education in 2020 at Penn State and brings a variety of experience.
