Dr. Doris Lee is a full professor in the Program of Training and Development within the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education at Penn State University, Harrisburg Campus. Dr. Lee received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and began her Penn State career at the Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies (PSGV) in 1991. Dr. Lee directed the Instructional Systems Program at PSGV from 1997 to 2012 and received the Campus Teaching Excellence Award in 2006-07 and 2009-10, the Research Award in 2010-11, and the Diversity Recognition Award in 2011-12. Dr. Lee’s research centers on corporate training, instructional systems design, and e-learning.
