Dan Morra

Dan Morra has been a writing tutor at Penn State Harrisburg for more than five years, having previously tutored at Harrisburg Area Community College. He is also the author of more than 20 produced plays. He retired in 1994 to stay home with an infant daughter, and two years later, a son, so he has lots of real-world experience in things like changing diapers. He enjoys running, sports, music (especially from the 1960's), and classic Sci-Fi and monster movies. As a writing tutor, he takes great satisfaction in fostering the development of students’ ideas, enhancing transitions and flow, and improving word choice and precision.
