Faiza Abbas joined the School of Business Administration in Spring 2017. She earned her post graduate degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She has previously taught at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations for several years. She worked with Eagleton Institute of Politics in their Program on Immigration and Democracy , researching the immigrant-led business organizations and their impact on public life. Some of the courses she has taught include Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business and Society, Contemporary Issues in Management, Management and Labor Relations, and others.  She is currently the co-advisor of the SHRM student chapter at Penn State Harrisburg.
