Employer Career Fair Registration

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation and payment policy: Please notify us for a full refund by the deadline (shown below) at [email protected]. After the deadline, no refunds will be provided.
  • Please have your payment information ready when registering. Your registration will not be considered complete until Career Services receives payment.
    • If you owe previous Penn State Harrisburg Career Fair registrations, you will not be approved until the previous fees are paid.
  • Need to make changes to your registration? Please contact [email protected]. 
  • Registrations will be approved within 3-5 business days; not including when the University is closed. Once registration is approved you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and other key information. 
  • Missing the Event Registration Thank You page? Please email [email protected] to verify that your registration was received successfully.

  • Please be sure to add [email protected] as a trusted address. All fair information will be communicated from this address to the email on the original registration.
  • Space is limited, so registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registering by the deadline will provide your company with the greatest opportunity for exposure and promotional materials before the fair.
  • Electricity is available on a first-request basis. You must request electricity in advance of the fair. Electricity will not be provided on the day of the fair.
  • More information with a campus map and parking directions will be sent one week before the fair.
  • Interested in interviewing candidates on-campus after the career fair? Please email [email protected] to check for availability. Interviewing space is limited. 
  • Maximize your reach! If you have immediate hiring needs, including part-time, full-time positions for graduates or summer internship openings, post those opportunities to Nittany Lion Careers.
  • Please note that this event is focused solely on employment opportunities, and no graduate schools will be approved to participate. Thank you for your understanding. Learn more about Graduate & Professional School Fair Week at Penn State. 

  • Registration and Payment Deadline: September 24
    Registration will close on this date, unless capacity is reached sooner; please pay attention to any announcements and/or updates. 

IMPORTANT: If payment is not received by this date, Penn State Harrisburg Career Services will cancel your registration to offer the spot to another employer. 

Cost

The standard registration fees for the fair are:    

  • For profit: $250 per day  
  • Non-profit/Government: $100 per day  

Cancellation and refund policy

Please notify us for a full refund by September 17, 2024 at [email protected].
After that date, no refunds will be provided. 

Once your registration is received by our team, a payment instructions email will be sent to the email address listed on the registration.

Pay with a credit card

  • Access your Nittany Lion Careers account.
    (Representatives or employers that are new to Nittany Lion Careers should have received an email with instructions on how to create their account.) 
  • Select Events > Career Fairs from the left menu 
  • Scroll through the list of events to find then Harrisburg Fall Career Days 2024 and click on the "Registered" button 
  • Select the "View your Invoice" tab to view your invoice 
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Pay with Credit Card" 
  • You will be redirected to a new page where you can submit your payment information to Penn State. Upon submission, you will be directed back to your paid invoice.

  • 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Recruiter lunch 
  • 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.: Fair open to students
  • 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.: Recruiter tear-down
