Commencement Volunteers

The College will hold its commencement exercises on Saturday, December 21; 9:30 a.m. at the Giant Center in Hershey. The ceremony will include all undergraduate and graduate students from the College's academic schools.

Please consider volunteering to assist with this ceremony. Sample volunteer tasks include serving as greeters, staffing the registration area, assisting students in the staging area and on the arena floor, among others.

Please complete this sign-up form by Friday, November 29 at 5:00 p.m. Volunteers will receive instructions on assigned tasks, arrival times, and ceremony details via email.

Why is this important?
Non-exempt staff (who complete timesheets) may need to rearrange their schedule to avoid unintentional overtime. Please work with your supervisor to determine the best course of action, e.g. overtime compensation or flexible scheduling arrangements.
