One of the best ways to promote an event is to make sure it is entered into 25Live, which feeds multiple promotional channels. Even virtual or off-campus events, where no room reservation is required, should be entered into 25Live to be promoted on:
- the website’s Events Calendar
- digital signage around campus
- the Penn State Go app
- text and email subscriptions (if the user opts in)
Additionally, the Calendar system allows users to subscribe to calendars, get event reminders via text or email, and more.
