Manlove to showcase Three Mile Island paintings in Baltimore

Paul Manlove, instructor of visual arts in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Humanities, will exhibit his body of work titled "Three Mile Island" at the Exeter Gallery in Baltimore, Maryland in December.

Over 20 paintings and drawings by Manlove articulate his engagement with the iconic landscape. The surrounding landscape is often a jumping off point for visual exploration. Creating a bridge between the naturalistic world and studio invention is consistent in his process. The landscape creates a psychological bridge between divergent content. Sources include Three Mile Island, art historical references and direct observation.

Manlove's studio is in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and his national exhibition record includes New York, California, Vermont, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
