Regional cooperation and economic development expert to speak at Harrisburg

Penn State Harrisburg and PNC have announced the second chapter of the PNC Thought Leaders Lecture Series, a special event where high-profile speakers from around the world will focus on topics that have a significant impact on the local region.

Jim Dinegar, president and CEO of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, will present the keynote speech for the event from 4 to 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, in the Student Enrichment Center theater on campus.

Dr. Patria de Lancer Julnes, director of Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs, has received the Donald C. Stone Award from the American Society for Pubic Administration (ASPA). This award is given to members who have contributed outstanding services to the Society.
