Use this form to request any materials requiring graphic design work, including new or updated printed materials, email headers, PowerPoint presentations, Sway decks, and special visual identity pieces.
A minimum of three weeks is required for all requests; the scope of some requests, especially new projects or items to be mailed, may require significantly more time.
Notes:
- For an event-related publication (e.g. a program or poster), please be sure to first submit the event through the 25Live process before requesting related publications.
- Use the Materials Review/U.Ed. Request Form for prepared materials, both digital and print, that are intended for an external audience or for widespread dissemination internally.
