Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in Nursing at Penn State Harrisburg, or successor degree program/academic unit, who have achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale (or a high school equivalent grade point average for incoming freshmen).
