David Buehler, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Buehler joined Penn State Harrisburg in the fall of 2011 as a Visiting Professor of Economics. Prior to joining the faculty, he previously held positions at the West Virginia University School of Business and Economics as well as within the Department of Economics at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where Dr. Buehler earned his Ph.D. from in 2011. Dr. Buehler currently teaches introductory microeconomics, introductory macroeconomics, and business statistics. His research interests include international trade, economic integration, economic development, and labor economics.

Dr. Buehler moved to the area in the summer of 2011 with his wife, Dr. Christin Buehler, DDS, and son, Colton.
