Nittany Lion mascot As a Penn State Harrisburg Alumnus, you are part of a group that now includes over 32,000 people.

To become a member, you must be a Penn State Harrisburg alumnus and a member of the Penn State Alumni Association. There are no additional dues charged beyond the membership to the Alumni Association.

Penn State Harrisburg to hold community egg hunt

The Penn State Harrisburg Lion Ambassadors will host their annual community egg hunt for children 10 years and under on March 28. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Olmsted Building Main Lobby, and the egg hunt will begin at 6:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the community.

This year, each of Penn State Harrisburg’s five academic schools presented an Alumni Achievement Award to one of their graduates who demonstrates outstanding professional accomplishment. The awards, bestowed during the Alumni Awards Dinner, held in conjunction with Homecoming on Oct. 12, 2012, honor a diverse collection of talents and accomplishments from across the college.

Penn State Harrisburg alumni Michael Fiaschetti and William Lambert were among 19 named Penn State Alumni Fellows at a ceremony at University Park, Pa. on Oct. 16, 2012. The highest award given by the Penn State Alumni Association, the lifelong Alumni Fellow title recognizes outstanding professional achievements.

Basic Information

The Penn State Harrisburg Alumni Society is a chartered organization of the Penn State Alumni Association.

The mission of the Alumni Society is to support the University and College by promoting the College in the community. And by fostering alumni, student, and faculty participation, interest and support in College activities and events.

The Penn State Harrisburg Alumni Society is led by a Board of Directors which includes 15 elected alumni members and 12 ex-officio members.
