This form CANNOT BE SAVED. Before you begin, be sure to have the following prepared:

  1. An essay that defines the role of a peer educator, shares your college academic experiences, and indicates how you would use those experiences to help other students succeed. The essay should be two to three double-spaced pages. (Most text formats accepted, e.g. PDF, .docx)

  2. Contact information for two professors, as references. (Note: a prior tutoring supervisor can substitute for one faculty reference.)

  3. An unofficial transcript. (PDF)
