Purpose:
The purpose of this award shall be to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by a student enrolled in the Principal Certification program at Penn State Harrisburg.

Eligibility:
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in education programs in the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education at Penn State Harrisburg who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success and who have a demonstrated financial need.
