If an event at the CUB is expected to last longer than the standard operating hours (shown below), the group holding the event is required to pay for the staffing of both CUB entrances.
- Cost: $18.00/hour per Desk Attendant
- Requests for After Hours Desk Attendants must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event.
- Both the O Street and Swatara entrances are required to be opened and staffed by CUB Desk Attendants
- Lobby Areas are not reservable spaces
