Wireless Connectivity available in all locations:

PSU Wireless (needs PSU client application installed and must have active Penn State Access account. Connect to psuwirelesssetup wireless first and follow provided instructions).
AT&T Visitor Wireless (Free, no login required).

Faculty and Staff please use the PS Harrisburg AV Space Request Form.
Students please use the OrgSync Student Activities Event Room Request to reserve event spaces. 
Please request training from the ITS Department in advance of the event, if you are not familiar with the technology in the event space.

Olmsted Building

Reserved through Housing and Food Services when combined with HFS catering services.

  • Ceiling mounted projector and screen, whiteboard.
  • Podium with PC and laptop connection.

Stacks Stage at the Dining Hall

Reserved through Housing and Food Services.

  • Musical Grade PA system for solo performers or small ensembles.
  • 4 wired microphones are available, and PA system allows connection of musical instruments.
  • Playback from audio device with headphone jack such as iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc.
  • Ceiling mounted Projector/Screen – for display of cable TV channels, the PC that is at Stacks Stage, or a laptop with HDMI port (HDMI cable not provided).

Conference Room C-113

Reserved through Chancellor’s Office.

  • Cart with computer and laptop connection to two LCD TV displays.
  • Phone for audio conferencing – need calling long distance code.
  • Polycom video conferencing equipment.

Auditorium C-213 

Reserved through the Registrar’s Office.

  • PA system with up to 4 wireless microphones (handheld and/or lapel).
  • LCD Ceiling Mounted Projector/Screen.
  • Podium with PC, DVD/VHS Player, and Mic.  Room volume and other controls on Podium.

Madlyn Hanes Executive Boardroom  C-300

Reserved through Chancellor’s Office.

  • Podium with PC and laptop connection, touch panel controls for multimedia.
  • 4 LCD TVs and 1 Projector/screen.  
  • Polycom video conference system and microphone for presenter.

Gallery Lounge W-107

Reserved through Student Life (pick up key).

  • PA system with up to 4 wireless microphones (handheld and/or lapel). 
  • 2 Ceiling Mounted Projectors/2 screens – 2 possible room setups: audience to face short wall, or audience faces long wall.  Both projectors can be used at the same time.
  • Podium with PC, DVD/VHS Player, laptop connections.

Oliver Lagrone Center W-132

Reserved through Student Life (pick up key).
Note:  Student Clubs have priority.

  • PA system with 1 wireless mic – checked out from Student Life.
  • Podium with PC and DVD/VHS Player.
  • Ceiling Mounted Projector and pull down screen, portable white board.

Morrison Gallery  Library 101

Library Circulation Desk has key to room. 

  • PA system with up to 4 wireless mics (handheld and/or lapel) – stored in back room.
  • ITS must be contacted if mics are being used in the event.
  • Podium with PC.
  • Computer/Video Projection via 2 large projectors and screens (manual pull down).
  • Wall mounted controller for system startup/shutdown and room volume adjustments.

Capitol Union Building (CUB)

Gym

Reserved through the Office of Athletics.  ITS Dept. will bring out podium upon request.

  • Two projectors ceiling mounted and two large screens.  Podium with attached mic, has PC, Blu-ray player, VGA connection for laptop.
  • Ceiling audio speaker system with up to 4 wireless mics that are kept in wall mounted box (key for wall mounted box lock located at lower floor Front Desk)
  • Multimedia controls are on podium touch panel or touch panel inside wall mounted box.  iPod/iPhone audio connection in wall mounted box.

Student Center  210

Reserved through the Office of Athletics.

Request Office of Physical Plant to bring Podium out to stage for each event.

  • PA system with up to 4 wireless mics (mics are located at WorkOut Room desk)
  • Standard Podium with PC and DVD/VHS Player, mounted mic, controls for PA system and video playback on podium
  • 3 Ceiling Mounted Projectors/Screens – can display all three simultaneously.
  • Setup 1 audience faces longer North wall (2 projectors);
  • Setup 2 audience faces shorter East wall (1 projector).

Community Center

Multi-purpose Large Room  CC-106

Booked through Housing and Food Services.

  • PA system with up to 4 wireless Mics.
  • Podium with PC and DVD/VHS Player; Controls for PA system and video playback. 
  • Ceiling Projector and Screen.
  • Cable TV channels available to show with projector.
