We are pleased to announce that we are seeking applications for the Highmark Blue Shield Graduate Fellowship in Health Care Policy and Management.
Purpose:
The purpose of this fellowship shall be to recognize and support outstanding graduate students enrolled or planning to enroll in the School of Public Affairs, concentrating in Health Care, at Penn State Harrisburg who are candidates for a graduate degree, Masters or Doctorate of Public Administration or a Masters in Health Administration, who demonstrate strong interest and potential for success in the Health Care field, who have achieved positive academic records, and who have exhibited a strong committment to a career in health care.
The fellowship will include a tuition scholarship. The number and amount of the awards are based on the amount of the available funds.

Consideration for this fellowship shall be given to all full-time or part-time graduate students exhibiting academic excellence who have been admitted to Penn State Harrisburg as candidates for a graduate degree. Masters or Doctorate of Public Administration or a Masters in Health Administration, who demonstrate strong interest and potential for success in the Health Care field, who have achieved positive academic records, and who have exhibited a strong commitment to a care in health care.

The fellowship will include a tuition scholarship. The number and amount of the awards are based on the amount of the available funds. This scholarship is applicable for the upcoming Fall 2019 - Spring 2020 academic year only. Scholarships are not transferable to other semesters. Any remaining funds revert back to the scholarship fund. Funding is applied directly to the awardee's 2019-20 PSU tuition account.
