Eligibility
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate students majoring in or planning to major in a degree program focus on engineering, information technology, or computer science at Penn State Harrisburg, or successor academic unit (the "General Eligibility Criteria"). From the identified pool of eligible recipients, and to the extent possible, preference shall be given to eligible recipients in the following order:
- students who graduated from either Panther Valley high school or Marian Catholic high school in Pennsylvania
- students who graduated from Jim Thorpe high school in Pennsylvania
- students who graduated from Lehighton high school in Pennsylvania
- students who graduated from Palmerton high school in Pennsylvania
- students who graduated from Tamaqua high school in Pennsylvania
- students whose home address of record is located in Carbon County, Pennsylvania
- students whose home address of record is located in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania
- students whose home address of record is located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania
