Dr. Joseph received her doctoral degree, specializing in information systems, from the City University of New York. Prior to joining Penn State Harrisburg she taught at Baruch College for several years. Her primary teaching areas are database management, data warehousing and electronic commerce. Her research has appeared in several journals including Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Communications of the ACM, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communications, Government Information Quarterly and others. She has also presented her research at local, regional and international conferences.
