Biography
Maggie Kutz is a proud 2025 graduate of the Penn State Harrisburg Career Studies program. Maggie's experience includes her internship year in the School of Business Administration, as well as completing the Project Search Program at Penn State Health. She is also coaching with the Penn State Harrisburg Field Hockey team.
In 2023, Maggie made history when she became the first person with Down syndrome to play NCAA field hockey in the United States. She was the recipient of the 2025 Sportsmanship of the Year Award by Penn State Harrisburg Athletics and the 2024 Self-Advocate of the Year by the National Down Syndrome Society.
