Karen Krumpak

Karen Krumpak received master's degrees in English literature and cultural studies from the University of Cincinnati and her undergraduate degrees in English literature, history, and classical languages (specifically, Latin) from Miami University. A former editor with Writer’s Digest magazine, she now works with publishers of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry as a freelance editor. Her other interests include reading, writing, cooking, and spending time with animals. When tutoring, she especially enjoys helping students who feel overwhelmed to create outlines or understand the assignment requirements.
